Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr. Brewer is very informative and concerned with the well being of his patients. He spent a great deal of time with me and explained the nature of my issue and treatment program so that I understand it very well now. He helped me hwen nobody else has been able to.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've already told my friends and family about how great their products are and how much they have helped me.
