Ron Dunigan is not a professional place of business nor is the owner Ron Dunigan. Been going to this gym for 5 months and had a pleasant experience (clean, good atmosphere). All of the class trainers and day care specialist have quit and left the gym. The new day care specialist is not trained properly. I complained to Ron on 3 separate occasions. We are unable to use the day care because the day care specialist sits in the corner on her phone and does not tend to any child. Without day care we cannot use the day. When calling Ron Dunigan about the issue he verbally attacked me, saying, "You are a bad mother," "You shouldn't leave your kids in a place they cry," "I don't care if you cannot use my gym you," "If you don't pay the rest of your contract you will pay me in the future because I will file it under collections." If you are looking for a gym, I would not choose this gym. Their customer service is appalling and if you happen to have a disagreement they will belittle you and resort to name calling. This is not what I call professional.

I own and operate 15 health clubs in La & Tx. I live in south Shreveport but personally have no clubs in Shreveport. I chose to train at Ron Dunigans Pro Fitness because of location and equipment. I know how hard it is to keep a health club clean and I must say that they do an exceptional job in the cleanliness department. This is a club that would appeal to a wide range of people. Whether you just want cardio or training for a body building show you will have no problem finding what you need for either. The members appear to be very happy to be there and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love to support businesses that are locally owned and operated. No big box franchise where you are a number at this location. In fact, you will be hard pressed to show up and not see Ron training someone. He's a great guy and has a great club! Certainly I would recommend it to anyone as I have.

Ron Dunigan's Gym is a spotless, well equiped and maintained facility staffed by well informed credentialed trainers who are there to design and supervise an individualized balanced program, including both strength training as well as aerobic training, that best meets each client's needs to meet their stated goals. Although one may exercise alone, one may also set up an appoindment for personal training as I have done for over twenty years. The cost is nominal, and the results in terms of health and well being and more than worth it. It is a place to enjoy others with the same goals and to make new friends with similar health interests. I always leave feeling I have had a great work out. Ron goes to extra effort to see that the equipment and surroundings are clean and up to date, and makes a yearly search for new equipment to add. The locker rooms, showers, and restroom facilities are always clean, and you do not encounter "that gym smell" anywhere. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly and more than accommodating. This is truly a 5 star gym, and I can highly recommend it.

I've been coming to Ron's for almost 20 years. From day one, the staff made me feel welcome and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I think the pricing structure is a bargin and the facility is top notch. Over the years, they have continuously updated the equipment which has always been in a clean and sanitary enviroment.

This is a VERY affordable gym, awesome equipment, and a "come-as-you-are" environment. Everyone is very friendly and welcomes me and my husband when I arrive and they know us by name before we even sign in! My husband and I are extremely happy that we chose Ron Dunigan's fitness because the staff is very friendly and is More than certified, everyone is certified at the Cooper Institute with their personal trainer certifications, and even one has a Master Degree!! When we bring in the kids we know which certified nanny is going to be watching our children when we come in, which is VERY relaxing and comforting to know all of that, especially when they have a nanny cam that I can watch at all times to see how the kids are when I'm being trained or working out. The Dunigan staff not only makes you feel welcomed while you are their, they take the time out to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. They followed up on my husbands workouts and actually stopped what they were doing and spent over an hour on his own time helping him though his workouts which really says a lot about how the staff is at the gym! If you are wondering where to go like how we were at one time, just go check it out and see how wonderful it is there!!! You will be happy you chose them, they are like no other fitness center my husband or I have ever been to!
