I'm writing this review after trying this hospital twice with my dog. Both times we visited their facility it was not a good experience. I don't want to bash, bash, bash and have people not take this review seriously. I'll sum up as best I can: I don't think the Vet was thorough. They seemed to just agree with whatever we thought might be wrong with our dog and then prescribed some extremely expensive medication. I am certain that a standard antibiotic would have worked just fine, but we paid $70 for the script. The next time we went back seemed like a complete repeat of the first. However, this time they missed an ear infection. We asked them to check her ears and eyes. Medicine for the eyes was immediate, told us the ears were clear. After a week of our dog shaking her head...we took her back. We also asked that they not charge us for the evaluation since they had missed it the week prior. No can do. They told us they would take $10 off the consult and the cost of meds. We left and will not be going back. This is only my opinion, but I don't feel the care at this facility is up to par. Even if the prices were reasonable, and we didn't have the ear infection missed, I would not return.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
