Our three fur girls receive the very best medical and dental care from the knowledgable and caring staff at the Animal Care Center. They are also well taken care of while boarding there in clean and reasonable priced cages. Our dogs also like their excellent groomer, John, and are not afraid of him, or anyone there. They know the latest information about medicine and their lab is right there, so no long waiting for results. The Doctors have such a kind and understanding of both the animals and their owners, which I appreciate. They keep us up to date on the health when they are sick.

I have been going to Animal Care Center for 2 years and have 4 dogs which Dr.McLelland and Dr LeBlue have taken very good care of. My Maltese had pneumonia and I feel they saved his life. I am sure the other vets are just as good. The technicians are well trained and love animals. When I found a puppy in the middle of a highway with fleas and a tick, dirty,long nails, no tag or microchip, skinny and hungry they took very good care of him and the staff there fell in love with him. The girls at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been a customer for 27 years and travel 1 hour to get there. They certainly must be doing something rght.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. This veterinarian wasn't really compassionate when my pet was sick. They just gave me the facts and didn't really appear to care that much. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Please don't take your pet here.They are just there to make money off out of town people and really don't care about the locals.

Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
