I have been taking my female Golden Retreiver to Dr. Brightman for about a year. He is a great Veterinarian and has a fantastic office staff. He is a very caring and compassionate Doctor and I think he really cares about his patients as well as their owners. I would hightly recommend him.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
Does this provider welcome questions?
Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
