for goldenmom : there are 2 sides to every story and being the tech you speak so poorly of, i know you fail to assist and block all access to the pet you speak of. however , bloomingdale animal hospital will cater to their clients and i can ensure you will NEVER be subjected to such a thing again..... at least by me. there are other technicians who will be treating your pets from here on.

The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I like Dr. Duvall but her assistant leaves room for improvement. I asked that she not pull on my dog and she did it anyway and it caused my dog to get very upset so much that he peed on the floor. I was telling her "don't pull on him, don't pull on him you'll make him pee" and she kept right on.And because she did this the exam was unsuccessful. My dog was abused when young and if you treat him ruffly he shuts down, and thats what happened.
