I called ahead of time and the receptionist said they could see my cat. When I arrived I over heard dome people saying that you could not go in with your pet. I thought this was strange. The receptionist then almost yells accross the room that they would have to keep my cat overnite. I assumed I would discuss this with the vet after he had examined my cat. I said I will discuss this with the vet. She disappeared and returned saying he will not see your cat unless she stays overnite I said ok but I don't think this is appropriate to discuss this in front of a room full of people this is a private matter. Then a lady from the back comes out with some papers and said the vet can not see your pet he is to busy. I was baffled because they said they could see her when I had called ahead. I said why didn't you tell me this before I drove 15 miles oneway and drove 45 minutes. She said well you refused to let your cat stay overnite. I said let me make this perfectly clear I never refused to let my cat stay overnite. She went into the back and returned mumbling we are to busy you will have to go to the emergency clinic. They lied to me, I am assuming they would not see because of GREED they thought I was not going to let my cat stay and wanted the extra money for overnite care. I wanted to discuss this with the vet but was never given the chance since no one is allowed to ever see the vet. I was never given any satisfactory answer so I am assuming they were money hungry and didn't like speaking my mind when I told the receptionist that I thought she was innappropriate discussing personal business in front of a packed waiting area. They have sneaky practices. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING WHEN YOU CAN NOT GO BACK WITH YOUR PET???????? They are petty unprofessional , and they lie.
