If more than 5 stars were an option Southern Cresent deserves them. We lost our first dog 4 months ago at 14 and knew our next pet, same age, would go shortly after. The experience at southern Cresent was so much more personal and informative than our private practice vet. We received a condolence card with the beautiful rainbow bridge poem shortly after, nothing from our vet for our first pet.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Not anywhere even close! I had to drive down the street to find a place

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I was impressed, with Dr. Wheat. I only feel that they need more Vets, as she was the only one there. There was a backup, and I know she had to be overwhelmed. It was the Easter weekend and so many sick and injured pets...

This place is a sorry excuse for a vet officee all they are is a butchering block for innocent animals... we took my dad's chihuahua up there for emergency surgery because he had kidney stones and they were shutting his kidneys down. They knew he couldn't urinate and hadn't in 2 days, they pumped him full of medicine and filled his bladder up, then said they had to do surgery to release the pressure on his bladder, they said the surgery would be roughly 3000 and needed it up front... if they hadn't filled him full of medicine he wouldn't of died... they let him suffer... I mean my dad is 60 and was given only a couple years to live and that was about 8 months ago and that dog was his only and best friend... they took my dad's best friend away... then all the nurses and staff were rude as can be to my mom who took it hard... this place is a joke and they deserve to be shut down... if you're willing to take you animal to this place be preparred to loose them as we did ours... I hate this place because they're money hungry cold hearted animal killers... I hope the state goes in and shuts them down before they kill more animal... oh and after it was all said and done, they made us pay 300 before we could leave...


They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
