I wrote a previous review, unhappy at first, should have listened to my gut on this! I boarded my pup with them for 3 nights, would have picked up on Sunday in their 1 hour open for picking up, would have paid for the 3 nights, as I would be picking up late in the day on Sunday. Got told they wouldn’t be open Sunday as it was a “holiday”, but as Father’s Day is a recognized “holiday”, it is NOT a federally backed paid holiday. So, because they decided to be closed Sunday morning, I had to pick up Monday, which I did at 1030. These money grabbing people decided to charge for 4 nights, said it was because I didn’t pick up before 9. Nowhere that I could see was that policy was, nor was I informed of said policy. Then to make matters worse, when I got home with my pup, (10 minutes after pickup), my pup drank water for 10 minutes straight, she was so thirsty! Which tells me she apparently wasn’t offered water at any time this morning at the clinic. When I called to speak to the office manager, her main excuse was “that is how we make money”. I previously had a male cat there, and my feeling upon leaving that day was that they just gave up on him and sent him home to die. It is my upmost belief that if they had cared one iota about my cat, they would have tried harder.
My daughter is a very highly sought after vet in Florida, and she would never have even thought about treating customers as I was treated at this clinic. I already refuse to take my dog to Philema for treatment! I take her to my daughter in Florida. However, trying to take a cat that far is more difficult, so now that I have a kitten, I will be finding another vet to treat him!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available.
