Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions.

We used SNIP Macon (Heart of GA Humane Socitey) to get a discounted neuter. This is the vet they sent us to. We are in Warner Robins so it was about a 30 min drive, which is already additional $$ for gas. My husband dropped our dog off at 7:30am as requested. I then got a phone call around 8:30am from Dr. Gardiner stating my dog was very nervous & to come pick him up. That he'd be more comfortable at home. He also said he pulled some hairs out of his ears & pulled a baby tooth. I've NEVER had a vet request me pick up an animal less than an hour after surgery. But I grabbed my kids (one out of bed) and we left b/c I was afraid my poor puppy was freaking out & may hurt himself! I get there, he's laying, quietly, in the cage. Then they tell me it will be an additional $15 for the ear hair & tooth!!! NO ONE called to verify any procedures or additional cost with me or my husband. So they made sure to make some extra $$ off me, despite the lower cost neuter. CROOKS. And the fact they didn't call for approval on the extra procedures just confirms they were doing that to scam me out of extra money for their pockets. If it needed to be done, I could have made that decision, or taken him to our vet. I'm a stay at home Mom and was trying to get my dog neutered, do the right thing, and get financial assistance. But I ended up getting ripped off by an unethical vet. My mistake. I'll never again do business w/ a vet I am unfamiliar with, even if they are 'cheaper'. Be warned.
