Horrible experience. The groomer shaved our dog from head to toe, rather than cutting his fur like we asked. Even though we brush him and work out his mattes, admittedly, he still have a few that our brushes at home would not get out completely. The groomer told us she would cut those places short and blend the fur together to make him look good. Our dog is a goldendoodle and she shaved him completely. He looks nothing like himself and the poor thing bit at his irritated skin constantly. On top of that, ever since we brought him home, he's been scared of women he's never met before. He goes to the groomers every other month and has been groomed by women numerous times, and never has been scared of new people. This is clearly a sign that not was he poorly groomed, but he was also poorly treated. I called to complain and was treated with disrespect by the groomer. We will never use their services again and do not recommend them to anyone. We had a great experience at Northside Wesleyan and will be sure to return there, even though they are a little further from our home.

Never, they are very reliable.

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Does this provider treat their staff well?

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
