Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
