Great with my dogs! Great customer service. This clinic goes above and beyond for stray dogs and helping find homes. I have adopted from this clinic and then taken my animals there for several things and they do a great job. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have had two little male dogs fixed there and also two cats and just recently had 3 female dogs spaded there, They are always helpful and I trust them with my animals, They are great. Thank you

All I can say is shame on this clinic, absolute shame. They took in and euthanized a dog that was clearly not the person's who brought her in. Confusing I know-to make it more clear-they killed stolen property, and they knew. This is a small town. They should have contacted the owner on file to ensure that everything was in order, but instead they listened to an old woman lie. Shame, shame, shame. Someone's heart is breaking because of your mess up, and a simple sorry just doesn't suffice. I suggest you shape up your clinic in the future before a lawsuit lands on it.

WARNING!!! TO ALL LOCALS IN GOODING AREA! This vet does not ask questions when "putting animals down". Even if they know that the animal you are asking to euthanize is NOT yours, and is still in reasonable condition. Last week an animal entered their clinic that was not the customer's whom brought it in. They put it down at her request with no questions asked. This animal had been reviewed by a vet prior to this visit and was considered to be in "reasonable" condition, and not in severe pain.

Thanks Gem Vet, you broke my 70 year old fathers heart. That dog was all he had left. The woman that showed up had NO permission to euthanize that dog, and YOU KNEW it was NOT hers. Ever seen a 70 year old man sob? He loved that dog, and it was the only thing that was keeping him going. ITS CLEAR THAT YOU DONT ASK QUESTIONS WHEN MONEY CAN BE MADE - YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS ARE DISGUSTING!

SHAME ON YOU GEM VET, FOR TAKING MONEY AND NOT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I have been going to them since I moved to Idaho 22 years ago. They are so caring and concerned for your pets health and well being. They have always made you feel that your pet is their number one priority. Loving your pet sometimes leads to having to make painful decisions about their lives. The Vets at Gem Vet Clinic go through the process with you and help ease the loss of your "Baby". Thank you Gem Vet Clinic from the bottom of my heart for always treating my pets as you would your own.
