After a nights stay and all the cost of blood work xrays etc.. As I was picking up my pet, I was asked If I wanted a booster shot before I left I said yes and was very unhappy to see after all the cost I already had to pay they added a so called wellness examination charged $70 for a $5. dollar booster, did you not give her a wellness examination in the hours when you charged for a overnight stay and said she was good to go ? They maybe be a competent clinic, but don't take advantage of folks that just love their pets as family. It really looks like its all about the money you can milk from good hard working people, some on fixed income. I will try another clinic. God bless you

Every employee that we encountered at the Silver Valley Vet clinic was very polite and helpful. I took our black lab in to be spayed and I was contacted, well before the quoted time, that the operation was finished. Everything healed very quickly with an unnoticeable incision mark, eventhough she was a VERY active puppy. I'm from out of town, but will be scheduling a routine vaccination appointment very soon because of the quality of care from this clinic.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
