They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. This vet is not gentle with pets. I'm not sure where they learned their bedside manner, but my pet and I did not like it one bit. My pet was terrified and kept trying to get away. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
