Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Give me the payment!!

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are informativeand have a great handle on what needs to be done most of the time. I have only had one experience in four five years and seven dogs that was a concern but Dr. McKay is honest and forthright and when my dog almost died it was him against all odds that saw to it that she lived. For that we are thankful. As humans none of us are perfect and we don't always act perfectly but he comes close.
