They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If their prices weren't so much lower than everyone else, I wouldn't be going again.

Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average like most veterinarians or doctor offices. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I had never left my dog with wnyone and she had never been borded for any reason. She had her ACL surgery and I had to go ourt of town, so for 10 extra days which my baby had to be with strangers. HOWEVER, I found that she fell in love with the staff and she would be allowed to go up front and hang out. She became part of there loving family. When I picked her up she was so glad to see me, but I could tell she missed her new friends.
