Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Extremely anxious! My pet was so relieved when we left
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!

No. It took me several times to get through.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed!!

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
