Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their office was nice and quiet. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I think this is one of the most understanding vets that I have had a contact with. Having dogs and cats among other animals since I was little this office and the staff are more caring and concerned about not only the animal you bring in but also about how that particular pet and the check up pertains to the whole family and how to treat and comfort everyone involved. It is few and far between that you will find a vet that you can actually feel that understanding.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
since dr nemmers took over everything has changed. i used to love going to see dr baumann and dr mulder but now i am changing vets. she is very cold to her clients and does not seem to want to take the time to explain anything to you. she is very short and it makes it seem like she hates you and her job. please do not go here. most of the staff is very rude as well and there have been times where i walk in the door and am not even greeted.
