Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I couldn't believe that no food or water is made available for the animals here. The last time I was there my poor pet was practically dying of thirst. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Thanks to Dr. Cooper my dog passed away, and he didn't care one bit.
