Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
