I let the groomer know what I wanted done and he automatically said that my dog would look funny like that. I explained she wasn't a show dog and she needed to be trimmed to make her more comfortable. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was very disappointed. I showed up on time for my appointment but they had 3 other dogs scheduled at that same time for grooming. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. My dog was there from 9:00 to 1:30 and nothing had been done to her. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They always seem to be out of my pet's medication every time I go here. Their flea and heart worm medicine is always out-of-stock and I usually have to go somewhere else to pick it up. I couldn't believe that no food or water is made available for the animals here. The last time I was there my poor pet was practically dying of thirst. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The examining rooms at their office were absolutely disgusting. They smelled so bad that it scared my pet. plus your
groomer in louisville chocked a littler dog while grooming, you suck !!!!

Sort of, my pet seemed more anxious here than other places we've been

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
