I felt confident in Dr. Jarrett and her staff's care and treatment of my pet. My pet felt comfortable with them and they took good care of him, which I appreciate. I am confident in their skill. However, I'm uncertain about their follow-through on a particular business matter, so I don't feel like I can always count on them. Although I've had good experiences with other staff, I am confused about the service I received from one. I don't think I should have to argue with a staff person on the legitimacy of a request I am trying to make to the veterinarian.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
