They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Im not sure what pamala is talking about them being bad! I took my dog there desperate to find a vet who could figure out what was wrong with her. she was having ups and downs and was very sick. dr shelly is absolutely amazing and well educated with so much expirience. she diagnosed my dog with the addisons disese and now shes on treatments. she would have died if not for dr shelly and her staff. the frount desk staff are so sweet also. very helpfull and on top of things. ive been to almost all the vets in miami county and some in lynn county and i will not take my dog anywhere else untill i move. i will be so sad to move and im just praying i can find a clinic half as good as town and country when i get to my new destination!

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.
