I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay compared to the quality of service my pet received. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was surprised when they treated me as if I were stupid and tried to push at least $200 worth of unnecessary testing for what I brought my pet in for. My pet did not recover from the treatment received. I took my pet to another veterinarian and my pet recovered quickly even though I paid less for the treatment and exam. I found out that the medication used to treat my beloved pet is not the typical choice for the condition my pet had. My poor baby had to suffer longer than necessary. Thankfully my pet is well because I went to what I would say a more competent veterinarian.
