I've never had a bad experience with Bobby and the staff. I will go there as long as I have pets - I drive from out of town and it's definitely worth the trip.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they were immaculate.

There is no comparison!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I started using Dr. Fields a few months ago and I could not ask for a better vet for my little boy Tig. Dr. Fields and his staff are always willing to work with you and go that extra mile to make both owner and pet feel well taken care of. I am so glad that my husband and I found a caring and competent animal doctor. I would tell anyone to bring their babies to him.

I love how much attention to detail they show. The veterinarian, Dr. Bobby Fields, was friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. The staff really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. One of the things I did enjoy was not having to use the waiting room chairs for very long. They were so kind and attentive to me and my pet. I didn't have to worry about them with my pet, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, as well as my pet's and they always take the time to address every concern of mine with complete answers and solutions at reasonable prices.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
