Dr Ford and his staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. They lack the quality of care and compassion towards animals and I would not use them at all. POOOOOOR Service and Staff is INCOMPETENT!


I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Maplewood Animal Hospital since they opened in 1993. They have always gone above and beyond in care and compassion, but now they have gone over the top!
My Mother was keeping my dog,Reggae, and she got away. I was at work and unable to get away to help Mom look for her. After about an hour of not hearing from my Mom, all I could think of was that Reggae was hit by a car, so I called Maplewood Animal Hospital to see if Mom and Reggae were there. They were not, but I was promised that if they came in they would call me immediately. One minute later my phone rang and it was MAH, Dr. Ford was sending someone from his office to my Mom's house to help her look for Reggae!
Reggae found, happy ending! Thank you Dr. Ford and all the staff at Maplewood Animal Hospital!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
