Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. They really know their stuff so to speak! I could really tell how much they love animals. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Only thing I would give constructive criticism on is to brain storm a way to descrease wait times....They try to accomodate everyone in need (which is GREAT) but it just might mean you could be waiting longer for your pet to be seen even if you had an appointment. I don't know the fix... I guess to take a few less appointments daily.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.
