The staff is friendly & the doctor seemed knowledgable. I was impressed with the fact that they got me in for an appointment right away - I had to wait a little, but when the doctor saw my pet I didn't feel rush and felt I had her full attention. The only negative is I felt they do what ever they can to book you for services, so they can make money

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not if my life depended on it

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
No, they just told me worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I don't know where some of the negative reviews that I have read have come from. I have been going there for many years and have had a number of very sick dogs and Dr. Tranholm gave them excellent care. One of the dogs almost died at 7 years old with acute active hepatitis He has had larynx surgery and had his ear quilted so you can see we have had a very sick animal and Dr. Trenholm saved him. He is a yellow Lab and he is now 14 years old. . With Dr. Trenholm and her care he would have died.
Of course, we spent a lot of money and it was a lot of work for the Doctor and for me. She is the best!!! Her staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I could go on and on about this practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Never, they are very reliable.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.

Was this provider's office too cold?
Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Was this provider's office clean?
It could have used some cleaning
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
