if you get into the office and actually see a veterinarian, it's not bad.

but anything on the phone is a disaster.
workers are impatient and act like you're bothering them by calling.

and they'll usually promise that "someone will call you back by the end of the day."
but they never do.

when my cat was having problems with new prescribed food, I tried for 6 days to reach the doctor, or SOMEONE who could help.
no luck.

tried for 3 more days to reach the office manager, who wouldn't return my call.
finally I reached her on the phone, she didn't care and blew me off with "I'll tell the owners you called."

finally, I ditched the place & went somewhere else.
so should you.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Did this veterinarian and their staff educate you on what you could do better to help keep your pets healthy and happy?
Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health
