I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I am a member of a rescue for large breed dogs that can sometimes be very intimidating. I take numerous dogs to Harvard Veterinary clinic and each visit is with a different dog. The staff and veterinarian are excellent and knowledgeable in working with the breed. They are also kind, caring yet understand how to work with many dog personalities. I feel comfortable and welcomed and so does the dog!
