Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Noah's Ark is the best animal hospital I have ever used, and there have been several in the 44 years that I have had cats. Their love for the animals and sympathetic patience with the owners is obvious immediately. My dog was a pet store purchase who came to me when the original owner could not take her to her new apartment; she has a seizure disorder and is terrified of strangers, but everyone at Noah's Ark has patience and is calm with her. In the past year I have had to have both of my cats euthanized (both at 17 years old); these were hard decisions, and I was so grateful for the time that was spent helping me through the process of making them, as well as the reassurance that I was doing the right thing. I can't praise Noah's Ark too highly -- they are wonderful qualified professionals who know how to add all the right personal touches.
