I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. One could not ask for better treatment of both the patient and his/her "family." Dr. Troy is fantastic, as are his staff.

I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.
