Our family has used Celebrie Veterinary for over 12 years. The doctor and the entire staff are the most caring and loving to our cats. They hold them and sooth them the entire visit. We moved from Kingsville 10 years ago, but would rather drive an extra 15 miles than go anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I had a very bad experience at Celebrie Veterinary Hospital in Kingsville, MD. The young lady that greeted me was friendly. I waited a while to be seen by Dr. Zimmerman. When my dog and I went back, she was very unorganized and had to leave the room twice, once to retrieve the paperwork I brought (which was in the patient packet already, and another to get the phone. She left me and my pet in the room, standing there, for an unbelievable 20 minutes! I waited, because my pet had a problem that I needed diagnosed, but she didn't come back. After 20 mins, I opened the back exam room door and grabbed my papers. I opened the front exam room door to look for staff, and the doctor was on the receptionist phone, talking, and a line of patients were at the front desk with one more coming in. Dr. Z watched as I walked out the front door with my pet. She gave me no indication that she was going to 1.) return to me, 2.)was sorry it took so long, or 3.)cared that I had waited alone in the room where she left me mid-exam. I have no idea where staff was, except in the back where an x-ray machine is.

This situation is exactly as described. I wasted a good hour+ of my and my pets time, and I can say that I've never, ever experienced something like this. That is why I am writing - to share this story.

I would never recommend this veterinary office, and I will never return. If I could give a zero star rating, I would prefer to do so.

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
