Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous and the office is always clean. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Every time I come here they always remember me and my pet by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This is the best Vet around, caring, gentle, and experienced. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers(pets & owners) first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off Rt. 310 before Queenstown.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Dr. Hammer has always been a breeze to work with.

Their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.

The office is very easy to locate right on Route 301 just North of the Outlet Center about a mile.

Dr. Hammer and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I can see how much they love animals.
