There were three people present when I took my dog with a significant cut on his paw (sliced through an artery) The vet tech and the vet were both rude, abrasive and not compassionate in the least. There was no concern for my dogs well being, they didn't speak to him, only concern was to make sure that we could/would pay the exorbitant fee. The third person who checked us out was gentle and seemed to be concerned about his well being. All in all it was a horrible experience, would NEVER want to go back!!! I thought people who go into veterinary medicine did it because they love and care about animals, not so with two of these women. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I have to say that I found this Vet ER to be extremely helpful. I came in on a Saturday morning and my Great Pyr had been hit by a car. She had multiple fractures and they saw her immediately. Going to the ER, you always know that it's going to be pricey, but that's the chance you take by sending them to the ER, right? What's more important, the animal's health and well being or a price tag? The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and my pet's well being was most certainly their top priority. I was extremely saddened to come home and read so many poor reviews of this ER.

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I hoped my pet was in good hands. I've never seen so many pets and people waiting on one weekend day. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the work load. I prefer a veterinarians office to be a little more organized than that, and to be more staffed on a holiday weekend. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more informative about the THREE HOUR WAIT, and noticed my dog was in extreme pain, and needed more attention than some who weren't in such a dire situation. They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I'm lucky my dog survived the wait, and was out in an hour.
