Called about getting an appt. for an issue with my dog, they said I could see a tech that day, asked if I was a new patient, I said yes they said $25 extra because I was new, took 5 minutes to get all my info, then said because your new we can't get you in today. person was very rude

Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone

Absolutely Not

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. What new ownership it is the same old staff and prices with less convenient hours. I will go elsewhere.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Smaller and his staff are phenomenal! The prices are very fair. I let my vet of 19 years and have entrusted Dr. Smaller with their care. It was the best decision I have ever made regarding the care of my animals.

I am so happy that I have found Dr. Smaller. (NEW OWNER) I live 35 minutes away and this vet is definitely worth the drive. I had heard that a new owner had bought Anchor Bay Vet but was not sure. I did not like the old owners of Anchor Bay Vet, as they were not compassionate or caring. Dr. Smaller is very compassionate, caring, and treats every animal with respect and tender loving care. His prices are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. Also, he has a wonderful staff. I never hesitated to call with any question I had regarding my cat. Also, my cat required some overnight care. I would call in the morning to check on her and always received a detailed report. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do.
