Main receptionist lacks customer service skills. I base my decision to choose a place of business on how well the front desk people act. Going against my gut instinct because my mother had used this place, I went ahead. Please get a new receptionist to replace K....
During my initial visit, I was led into a dirty room that had to be cleaned up.
On my second visit, my dog went in with one problem and left with two. There was an ear wound that would not heal, and after surgery, my dog has a chunk that was trimmed out, leaving a tip that is bound to get caught in something and will in the future have to be trimmed off as well. He looks as if he got in a dog fight, and when people ask me about his ear, I'll respond with: "Oh no, it wasn't a dog fight. It was the vet."
The other problem was that somehow, the nail from his dewclaw had been ripped off. Nobody could tell me what happened, but I know it happened at the facility because he was bleeding on me when they brought him in the examination room. Of course fees were paid before even seeing the results of the surgery and the accidental dewclaw injury. There were no apologies and there wasn't much concern, only a bandage and a bill, to see my on my way. It was a hefty bill too for all the problems that occurred. It would have been nice to have some money refunded or have some other service offered to make up for this accident.
After trying to get in contact with the owner and failing (either he was avoiding, or the receptionist was covering), I finally told my concerns to the receptionist K (bad choice, again). After hearing excuses/reasons from her about my concerns, there was never an apology in the conversation or real effort to fix anything except to say that she'd talk to the Dr. and get back to me. I really would have liked to have my problems resolved by the owner, which would have been the best thing to do for the business, but alas, the receptionist called back and fed me lines on what the Dr. said (supposedly). Only at this time did I receive an apology for anything.

Bottom line: poor customer service, lack of courtesy/respect, hefty bill for services rendered, poor business practices, more into money than you and your pet

Do yourself and your pet a favor and choose some place that runs their business with a focus on your pet's health, safety, and well being.

Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
