took my dog in for ongoing cough. Everytime I call about same cough they just give me antibiotic and charge 200.00 or more. Last time I took him in they did same thing and walked out with another antibiotic. I just called last friday and said it was making his ears worse with yeast. Did you check his allergy list because he allergic to almost everything. She told me this was not possible and started talking so long and fast she was out of breath and wouldnt let me say 1 word. Kept saying he got antiboic for allergies when it was for his cough. I asked if they had checked his allergy list and she said well we just got it in Feb. Its now Sept. and I handed it to the staff. I guess no one has looked at it yet because they gave him a antiboic he allergic to and over the weekend sent him into a severe allergic reaction. I would not see any vet in this place execpt for Jolee unless you want them to kill your dog. Plus charge you lots of money to do it. This was just one of 3 bad visits I had with this place, I will not be returning because they defintely will end up killing my dog. My mom was very good friends with Jolee and Jolee has always helped me. But stay away from the Lauren and Dr. Tom.
thank you for almost killing my dog this weekend. Maybe you should check the allergy list I brought and asked both of you if you looked at it while I was there.

Would never take any of my pops anyplace else RRAC is a fine clinic where the friendly and helpful staff and the doctors are knowledgeable and gentle

The doctors and the staff at Robin's road are wonderful. It's not a production line like some veterinarian clinics are they take time with your pet and with you .

We have been taking our beloved pets, and any strays in need of help, to this clinic for years, and for years before that when JoLee's father George, started the business and kept office hours in his Holland home as well as in the Robbins Road Animal Clinic in Grand Haven, Michigan. We wish to extend a thank-you also to Sandy, George's wife, who for years, made all of us feel welcome and special during those office visits to their home.
We have nothing but respect and gratitude regarding every aspect of the way they care for animals, this also includes the entire staff at the clinic and the gentle treatment both animals and their owners receive. If there is an unusual situation, Dr. JoLee Wennersten DVM would not hesitate to recommend Michigan State University or another specialist if an additional opinion seemed advantageous, however, we cannot recall a situation where they (George and JoLee) were incorrect in their diagnosis. Living in Holland, we have had the most interaction with JoLee and her father (technically retired now, though he never stops moving) and we are continually impressed by the way they always go the extra mile, the way they care and give of themselves. There are no words great enough to describe them, they are intelligent, compassionate, veterinarians and exceptional human beings. We would like to give a heartfelt thank-you for all of the help and caring we have received throughout the years to everyone at the clinic and the entire Wennersten family.

No, they encourage you to just go to another emergency vet

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Kind of, but not very well

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

If you want to take your pet somewhere that really cares about them as much as you do, I highly recommend Robbins Rd Animal Clinic. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
