This place was awesome, our dog was hit by a minivan and was pretty F-ed up with a dislocated elbow and they fixed it right quick and were helpful as well as thorough for the entire time

Yes

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it
