It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
