They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
