Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. The best thing is he can accomodate paranoid animals with customized house calls even late at night. He provides specialized services in those cases where pets cannot be transported to him.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. the doctor does not allow you to make payment with him even if they are talked about befor hand and working with a low income senior. he is really expencive and states he will work with you but then in the end changes his story....
