My dog has heart failure but is feeling better on low salt diet!

Doctor Busby has been our vet for years. We travel from Grand Rapids to have him care for animals. He has spayed and declawed our cats and spayed several of our dogs. I would not take our pets anywhere else. He does an excellent job.

I met the Busby's in about 1995 , I was travelling with a dog with a sore leg. Dr. Busby was recommended by locals. I am Canadian and live 250 miles away but I trust no other. Not only a fantastic doctor but a wonderful couple. I love them both !

This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet needed care. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I learned more TRUTH about pets and their needs in the first 5 minutes after meeting Dr. Busby than in my entire life from any other vet EVER and I am over 50 years of age! I now live 3 hours away but he will forever be my vet he is definitely worth the drive! He has a book out that is phenomenal and very affordable that teaches pet owners how to NOT empty their wallets on their pets. I recommend it and his clinic to every pet owner I talk to. God bless you Dr. Busby and thank you and your staff.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.
