Called on Tuesday to make a appointment for Saturday. I showed up today at 1115 for a 1130 appointment with my new adopted dog who has a major issue with separation anxiety. When we arrived the receptionist stated she could not find the appointment. Questioning if I called the wrong vet. I explained to her we had used this vet with a prior pet and I did call the right number. During this conversation Dr Dejong was standing back in the small area behind the reception area. As the receptionist was apologizing for the misunderstanding I watched the vet leave the building and drive away. That was 40 minutes before the scheduled closing time.
I thought I would try this clinic again since they have 2 new vets working there. I stopped coming to this vet in 2009 because of scheduling issues and the uncompassionate manner Dr Dejong had with my Rottweiler. I see this has not changed. When I returned home I called the number I had used to make the appointment and it was their office that answered so I guess I did not call the wrong vet.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This is the only vet I will ever use.
