Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
