I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When I had to leave my Capone here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
