I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I brought my cat in for a checkup and they were very nice Awhile later my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. They told me that they couldn't treat her there and that I would have to find someone else to maintain her diabetes. I could'nt believe what I was hearing. I'm very disappointed with them. I thought I had found a vet for my cats, but I guess I was wrong.

The TLC Cat Clinic is very professional and incredibly helpful! We have been taking our cat there and always feel confident that he will receive the best care we could ask for.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
