Just had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a vet clinic. I was there to have the Veterinarian look at a skin tag that had gotten quite large. Upon coming into the room I was notified that my dog needed to have her rabies vaccine updated. I stated I did not want her to have the rabies shot. He proceeded to discuss why I needed to have the rabies shot and I again stated I did not want her to have the vaccine. Again he proceeded to tell me why I should have her get the shot and I stated I did not want to argue about whether she needed the shot as I was not going to get the shot. He then proceeded to look at my dog for the purpose we had come there for but I am assuming he was frustrated because I did not get the vaccine he proceed to push my dog around stating he was trying to check things out. My dog is an anxious dog already and now being "man handled" does not make it any easier the next time she needs to go to the vet clinic. I definitely will not be returning and will be looking elsewhere for future issues. I had a bad experience with Dr. Craig Knudson before and I was giving him another chance. Well not anymore. My suggestion is to seek services elsewhere.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
