They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
